About Our Dance Fitness Parties
Our sessions are not about perfecting complex choreography; they are about movement that makes you feel good. I use simple, repetitive cues so you can follow the rhythm of Salsa, Hip-Hop, or Bollywood beats without feeling overwhelmed, even if you have never danced before. Expect to burn 300 to 800 calories while laughing through the class.

We believe that fitness should feel like a celebration, not a chore. That is why our classes at partner studios like Gold's Gym in Belathur are designed to be beginner-friendly and inclusive. Every 60-minute session is a mix of high-energy rhythms, including Reggaeton, Bhangra, and Bollywood. We focus on non-verbal cueing and vocal motivation, keeping the energy high so you stay engaged. You do not need to memorize steps. We break down the moves so you can just enjoy the music and follow along at your own pace.
