Innovative Commercial Spaces Design
We approach commercial design as an atmospheric experience. By balancing brand identity with functional, human-centric layouts, we create spaces that invite your customers to stay and engage.
The main seating area of the Zoca rooftop café in Bangalore. The design combines pastel colors, arched windows, and soft, cloud-like light fixtures to create a dreamy, Instagrammable atmosphere.

The main service area of the 'Frumos' luxury salon. The open-plan layout is defined by custom arched tables and partitions, creating a feeling of spaciousness and tranquility.
Custom-designed styling stations at 'Frumos' salon. The suspended, black-framed oval mirrors are a key feature, adding a touch of modern elegance and creating a sense of lightness in the space.
A symmetrical view of the styling stations, highlighting the clean lines and the luxurious combination of black metal, gold accents, and plush leather chairs.
The styling stations seen from a different angle, bathed in natural light from the large windows. We designed the layout to maximize light and create a bright, uplifting environment.
Another view of the salon's styling area, showing the thoughtful layout and the consistent design language of curves and clean lines.
A glimpse into a private area of the 'Frumos' salon, framed by a soft archway and curtains. This layering creates a sense of discovery and privacy within the open-plan space.

We use open shelving not just for product display but also as a visual screen. This metal grid shelving at 'Frumos' separates the pedicure area while maintaining a sense of openness and light.
About Innovative Commercial Spaces
Commercial design is fundamentally about flow. In our projects, like the Frumos salon or the Zoca café, we do not just place furniture. We look at how light guides the customer, how partitions like fluted panels define privacy without closing off space, and how materials—from neon signs to custom shelving—reinforce the mood you want your brand to project.
Our commercial projects in Bengaluru begin with a deep understanding of your business’s specific needs. Whether it is a rooftop café targeting a young, social audience or a luxury salon requiring a sense of calm, our design process is rigorous.
For our work at Zoca in Sahakar Nagar, we focused on the social aspect of a Gen Z café, using color and light to create a vibrant, lively atmosphere. Conversely, the Frumos salon project required a different language. We drew inspiration from the traditional 'Teen Darwaza' arches to bring a touch of heritage into a modern luxury setting.
We manage every step from concept to build. This includes:
- MEP Integration: Concealing HVAC ducts and electrical lines so the aesthetic remains clean.
- Custom Fabrication: Designing workstations, reception desks, and product display shelving that fit your specific floor plan.
- Spatial Planning: Using light and architectural barriers to ensure the space feels open yet organized.
We believe a commercial space must be more than just functional. It must be an extension of your business story.
