This is my classic KitKat Cake, a chocolate cake surrounded by crispy KitKat bars and topped with a generous amount of fresh, exotic berries like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

About Decadent Chocolate Bakes
Because I only use 55% dark coverture chocolate and no compound substitutes, my brownie slabs and cakes have a deep, real cocoa flavour that's never cloying. I limit my daily orders to ensure every batch stays fresh and the texture remains perfectly gooey—a quality difference you will notice in every bite.
Pure Chocolate, No Compromise
When you order a chocolate bake from me, you aren't just getting sugar and flour. You are getting pure 55% dark coverture chocolate. I intentionally avoid compound chocolate and artificial flavouring because I believe the cocoa should speak for itself. Whether it is a fudgy brownie slab or a layered cake, the quality of the chocolate is non-negotiable.
My Signature Chocolate Range
- Fudgy Brownie Slabs: These are my pride. I bake them to be dense, gooey, and rich. They come uncut so you can slice them exactly how you like, or as heart-shaped slabs for gifts. I load them with toppings like Ferrero Rocher, KitKat, and fresh berries to balance the intensity of the dark chocolate.
- Classic KitKat Cakes: This is a favourite for birthdays. It is a chocolate cake base surrounded by crispy KitKat bars, held together with a ribbon, and piled high with fresh seasonal berries. The contrast between the crunch of the KitKat, the soft cake, and the tangy fruit is what makes it so special.
Practical Details
- 100% Egg-Free: Everything I bake is egg-free, so everyone can enjoy a slice.
- Made-to-Order: I do not keep pre-made stock. Your order is baked fresh, which is why I can only accept a limited number of bookings each day.
- Storage & Delivery: My brownie slabs are shelf-stable and easy to transport, making them perfect for gifting. For cakes, I recommend self-pickup from my Hiranandani Estate kitchen in Thane to keep them in perfect shape, though I do facilitate delivery across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
