My cookies follow a similar rule—they are thick, generous with the mix-ins like toasted pecans or chunky chocolate, and kept moist so they feel like a proper, indulgent treat. If you’re picking a box, keep in mind these are all 100% eggless and baked in small batches, so the ingredients actually shine through without any artificial shortcuts.
