Here it is, my award for being one of Bengaluru's Top 25 Home Bakers for 2021-22. It's a proud achievement that I share with all of my amazing clients.
It was an emotional and gratifying day. This recognition means the world to me, and I sincerely thank everyone who has supported my journey.
Sharing the stage with other wonderfully talented bakers was an inspiring experience. It's a joy to be part of such a creative community.
Painting on cakes is not something I do often, especially human figures. I created this image of Arjuna from the Mahabharata using buttercream, and I was so pleased with how this unique, artistic piece turned out.
This project had me researching what a cat tree looks like. I had fun creating this little edible playground for a cat lover's birthday cake.
If you love poker, this cake is for you. This design features an almost-royal flush with edible playing cards, a miniature Hennessy bottle, and tiny fondant shirts.
Another look at the poker-themed cake. The sharp, clean lines of the grey buttercream provide a great contrast for the colorful fondant toppers.

I was honored to be named one of Bengaluru's Top 25 Home Bakers by Homebakers.co.in for two consecutive years. These awards are special to me because they aren't just for baking, but for the complex artistry I bring to the table. When I created my golden peacock cake, for example, it wasn't just about the flavor. I had to focus on structural integrity for a 24-inch height, hand-shaping sugar sheets into feathers, and ensuring the finish was perfect.
