Cocomelon is such a popular theme for first birthdays. For this celebration, I made two separate cakes, one with the iconic watermelon and another with the yellow school bus, connected by a beautiful fondant rainbow.
This 5kg single-tier Frozen cake was designed to make a big impression. I used edible printed toppers of all the main characters and surrounded them with chocolate snowflakes and ice shards to create a winter wonderland.
A truly mer-mazing cake for a 6th birthday. This is a 10-inch tall double-barrel chocolate buttercream cake, decorated with a wavy texture, handcrafted fondant shells, and a cute Ariel topper to bring the underwater theme to life.
Watch how I bring a Moana theme to life. I start with a simple buttercream base, add blue coloring for the ocean, sprinkle crushed biscuits for sand, and then finish with character toppers and a beautiful, edible rice paper wave.
All aboard for a third birthday. This Thomas the Train cake features a fluffy vanilla sponge with blueberry filling. I especially loved creating the detail of the trains coming out of the fondant tunnels.
Hakuna Matata. This close-up shows the handcrafted Simba I made from fondant for a Lion King themed cake. Getting the expression just right is one of my favorite challenges.

A birthday cake is the centerpiece of the party, and for kids, it is often the most anticipated moment. I specialize in translating specific interests—whether it is the exact shade of blue for a Frozen cake or the specific train car from Thomas the Tank Engine—into edible art. My process starts with understanding the scale of your celebration and the design that will make your child smile.
My Decorating Process
I offer two distinct approaches depending on your preference:
- Premium Buttercream & Cutouts: Perfect for a clean, delicious, and budget-friendly look. I use high-quality printed cardstock and edible toppers to create vibrant scenes without heavy fondant.
- Hand-Sculpted Fondant: For that 'wow' factor. I hand-model figures like Pikachu, Simba, or Lego bricks using high-quality fondant. These are sculpted by hand in my kitchen, ensuring every character has the right expression.
Freshness and Dietary Needs
My kitchen operates on a pre-order basis. I bake every sponge from scratch using fresh ingredients, meaning no cakes are pulled off a freezer shelf. If your party guests have specific dietary requirements, I offer eggless sponge options that do not compromise on texture or moisture.
Planning Your Order
Since I create each cake to order, I recommend reaching out 3 to 5 days before your event. This gives me enough time to source specific toppers, prepare the sponges, and focus on the hand-painting or sculpting work required. If you have a last-minute request, please check in, but earlier notice allows for the high level of detail shown in my gallery.
