About My Journey in Sugar Art: Awards & Recognition
I do not use moulds for any of my figurines, which means every character, animal, or 3D topper is hand-sculpted specifically for your order. Because I rely on structural engineering and traditional sugar artistry, even my most gravity-defying cakes are designed to be stable, edible, and entirely one-of-a-kind.
Winning awards like the gold medal at Cakeology or having my tutorial featured in Cake Masters India is not just about the recognition. It validates the years of practice spent mastering fondant and cocoa butter painting. When I sculpted the Krishna series that won at the India Bake Show, or built the Ariel figure that traveled from Bangalore to Hyderabad, I was focused on the technical nuances—how the sugar paste reacts to the Bangalore humidity and how to reinforce structures for gravity-defying designs.
Whether you are looking for a multi-tiered wedding piece or a hyper-realistic character for a birthday, I bring the same rigor to every project in my kitchen. You are not just getting a cake; you are getting a piece of edible art that has been engineered and hand-modeled over several days. I believe that ella ondu kale (everything is an art), and I bring that mindset to your celebration, too.
