Custom Buttercream Cakes in Bangalore
I believe the outside should look stunning, but the inside needs to be even better. Here are my favourite buttercream designs, all made fresh in my Hebbal studio.
A vibrant rainbow cake with a bright red top. The smooth gradient is created with buttercream, and the top is finished with a simple piped border and sprinkles.
A dreamy pastel rainbow cake. This design features fondant clouds and rainbows against a soft, blended buttercream background, with gold spheres for an elegant touch.
A simple and chic flamingo cake. The design uses a pink chocolate drip and piped buttercream "feathers" to create the flamingo's body, with a paper topper for the head.
An elegant, vintage-style heart-shaped cake. I used various piping techniques to create intricate ruffles and borders, and decorated it with golden, edible seashells.
A trendy succulent and cactus cake. I used different shades of green buttercream and various piping tips to create a garden of realistic, edible succulents.
This is what my cakes look like on the inside. This "naked" view shows the layers of matcha-flavoured cake and strawberry buttercream, because flavour is always my top priority.

About this collection
I do not use heavy fondant coverings because they often compromise the texture of the sponge. Instead, I focus on building sharp, clean edges with premium buttercream. This lets me play with textures like palette knife painting or smooth ombré gradients, ensuring every slice stays soft, moist, and flavour-packed.
Flavour First, Design Always
I started this studio because I got tired of cakes that looked impressive but tasted like cardboard. When you choose a buttercream design, you are choosing a cake where the frosting complements the sponge, not one that hides it.

Buttercream is my medium of choice for a reason. It allows for a variety of finishes that fondant simply cannot replicate:
- Palette Knife Painting: This technique allows me to create organic, painterly textures that look like art on a canvas.
- Sharp Edges: Using high-quality butter and precise temperature control, I can achieve clean, architectural lines for a modern look.
- Ombré and Gradients: Buttercream blends beautifully, allowing me to create seamless colour transitions from deep to light.
- Piping Details: From delicate borders to the piped succulents you see in my garden-themed cakes, buttercream offers a depth and tactile quality that adds real character to a cake.

When we plan your cake, we will talk about the finish that suits your event best. Whether you want a smooth, solid colour for a corporate event, or a rustic textured finish for a casual birthday, the focus remains on the structural integrity of the cake. My studio is located in Hebbal, and I deliver across Bengaluru. Since I build each cake from scratch, I recommend reaching out at least a week in advance so I can manage my baking schedule and give your order the attention it needs.
