About this collection
When we build a Kallu Shaap or Chayakada at your venue, we do not just put up a signboard. We use authentic bamboo structures, Edison lighting, and vintage movie posters to create a space that feels real. Our team manages the high-heat burners and gas safety on-site, so you get the fresh sizzle of live beef fry and the aroma of chai without a single worry.
Food is only part of the story. The rest happens in the atmosphere you build around the counter. Our signature Kerala themes are designed to move guests away from the main buffet and into a shared experience. We handle the heavy lifting, from constructing the thatched bamboo huts to sourcing the earthenware pots (chattis) that define the Kallu Shaap experience.
