Since 1995, I haven’t believed in flashy marketing. Our reputation has always come from doing the job well and letting guests talk about us. Ningal kettittundo, “Bosco kittiyal kazhichu nokku”? (Have you heard, “Try Bosco’s food if you get a chance”?) That’s all I want. Athu mathram mathi.

Food & Experience
You’ll find everything from classic Kerala meals to custom menu for events. I love mixing it up with live food station catering like hot appams, BBQ, pasta, and even a Bosco Chayakada setup or a “90’s Muttayi Kada” for that nostalgia kick.
Presentation matters – sometimes it’s a lit-up buffet, sometimes it’s crates and dry ice for drama. My staff is always smart and friendly; service is tight from start to finish.

My Story
We’re Bosco Catering, started way back in 1995. For us, it’s never just business, it’s about making people happy and keeping things clean. Aalkkarkku vishwasam venam (people should trust you), that’s what matters. Our Kerala roots show up in our food—love a good sadya or a lively Chayakada (tea shop) setup. In Bangalore, we mix it up, from live pizza counters for kids to stylish brunches. We grew by word of mouth, not ads. You taste, you know.
