Featured Custom Cakes & Edible Art
A handpicked selection of my most loved creations, from gravity-defying sculpted cakes to elegant, floral-adorned milestones.
This fully edible saree cake is a tribute to our beautiful Indian heritage. I meticulously handcrafted every detail, from the delicate gold jewelry and sindoor box to the rich texture of the silk, to create a showstopper that is as much a piece of art as it is a delicious cake.
Celebrating 75 glorious years with a cake that’s fit for royalty. This three-tiered masterpiece features a regal purple ganache finish, intricate gold stenciling, and a cascade of handmade sugar peonies and roses. The top two tiers were a delicate pistachio rose, with a rich chocolate cake for the base.
Welcome to the sweetest show on earth! I brought a vibrant circus to life for little Aditya’s birthday, complete with a big top tent and a cast of adorable, handcrafted fondant animals. This two-tiered cake was designed to be the centerpiece of a truly magical celebration.
There's nothing sweeter than celebrating a new beginning. This two-tiered baby shower cake features a dreamy hot air balloon with a tiny teddy bear, all handcrafted from fondant, surrounded by a cascade of pastel chocolate spheres. It’s a gentle and elegant way to welcome a little one.
Here’s a little magic for the whiskey connoisseur. I designed this working whiskey barrel cake to dispense actual whiskey from a tap, creating an interactive and unforgettable experience for the birthday celebration. The realistic wood grain texture is all created by hand on the cake itself.
An engagement marks the start of a beautiful story, and this cake was designed to capture that feeling. I used a modern sage green ombre effect on my signature smooth ganache, adorned with fresh white florals and a touch of gold leaf for a look of timeless elegance.
For the ultimate Swiftie, I created a cake that celebrates every iconic Taylor Swift era. Each segment of the cake represents a different album, from the bold colors of "Lover" and "Red" to the moody aesthetic of "Reputation" and "Folklore," all handcrafted with edible details.
Ever wonder how I get those intricate patterns on my cakes? This video shows my process for stenciling on a chilled ganache cake to achieve a flawless, textured finish. It’s a technique that adds a layer of elegance and sophistication to any design.
About Featured
Most of the designs you see here rely on my signature ganache finish rather than heavy fondant. It allows for those sharp, clean edges and intricate stenciling without the cloying sweetness of sugar paste, ensuring the cake tastes just as fresh as it looks.
My approach to cake design is driven by two things: your vision and the structural integrity of the cake. Whether you want a hyper-realistic sculpted cake for a themed birthday or an elegant two-tier cake for an anniversary, the process remains the same.
How We Design Your Cake
Every cake starts with a conversation. I ask for your colour palette, theme, or even just an invitation design, and we build from there. For my 3D or sculpted cakes, I often build internal, food-grade support structures to make sure the design holds up, whether it is a whiskey barrel or a circus-themed tiered cake.
Why Ganache?
I prefer ganache over fondant because it offers a richer flavour profile and a smoother finish. When I work with stencilling or gold leaf, the ganache provides a stable, chilled base that prevents the design from slipping. It is a technique I teach to my students, and it is how I achieve that 'flawless' look on minimalist cakes.
Customisation & Flavours
While the outside is art, the inside is just as important. My sponges—whether vanilla, chocolate, or pistachio—are paired with fillings like salted caramel or roasted hazelnut. Because I operate a studio in Mumbai, every cake is baked fresh to order. If you have a specific vision, even if it is a complex character design or a minimalist wedding aesthetic, let’s discuss it. My goal is to create a centrepiece that your guests will actually want to eat, not just take photos of.
