Our warehouse is more than just a venue—it’s a living ecosystem of art, sustainability, and community. From film premieres and brand partnerships to our own little corners of joy like the vinyl store, come see what happens when creativity meets consciousness.

About Additional Work & Collaborations

When you book our space, you are not just renting a hall; you are entering an ecosystem that includes our Permaculture Garden, the Scrap Metal Seahorse installation, and our in-house Circus Canteen. We handle the heavy lifting, from waste segregation to powering your event with 3-phase electricity, but we ask that you respect the garden boundaries and keep the music acoustic-friendly to avoid reverb in our industrial hangar.

We built this space in Yeshwanthpur to challenge the standard concrete box venue model. Since 2019, our 20,000 sqft warehouse has evolved into a canvas for connection, hosting everything from global film premieres with Aalto University to storytelling walks with Gully Tours.

Why Collaborators Choose Us

Unlike traditional banquet halls, our venue is a living lab. This means your event comes with a pre-built narrative of sustainability and regeneration. Whether you are hosting a corporate offsite, an art exhibition, or a brand activation, your guests will be surrounded by repurposed scrap art, graffiti murals, and thriving edible gardens rather than sterile walls.

Operational Details

  • Space & Flow: The Central Arena offers 4,000 to 6,000 sqft of open-plan, high-ceiling industrial space. We have fixed art installations like the Scrap Metal Seahorse that remain on-site, adding a distinct visual flavor to every event.
  • Technical Considerations: Because of our industrial roof, the space has a natural reverb. We recommend working with our team to position sound systems effectively or using professional dampening for speech-heavy events. We provide 3-phase power for lighting and AV setups.
  • The Circus Experience: Need a break? Your crew can access our Circus Canteen for farm-to-table food or browse JD's Jukebox, our vinyl record store located on-site. We also provide basic green room access for performers or production crews to prep.

We believe in making sustainability an emotion. When you host with us, you are supporting a mission of circularity—from our water conservation systems to our mandatory waste segregation stations. Come ready to get a little messy and think big.
