From a tired steel factory in Yeshwanthpur to a thriving community hub, our journey is rooted in the philosophy of regeneration. We believe in building with what we have, using circularity, and creating spaces that breathe.

Built on Jugaad

Our venue isn't sterile or polished in the traditional sense. It is a canvas built on 'Jugaad'—that uniquely Indian art of clever hacks. We’ve kept the industrial shell and transformed the guts:

• The Central Arena: A 4,000 to 6,000 sqft industrial shell with 20ft ceilings that we use for everything from festivals to markets.
• The Permaculture Garden: A living, breathing part of our facility that keeps the space cooler and connects visitors to nature.
• The Details: Everything you see, from our graffiti walls to the art installations, is reclaimed or repurposed.

A Different Kind of Venue

When you host an event here, you aren't just renting a room; you are joining a mission. We are perfect for:

• Corporate Offsites: Bring your team to a space that sparks out-of-the-box thinking.
• Film Shoots: Our industrial grunge textures and street art backgrounds are often used for shoots that need an edgy, authentic look.
• Performances: The reverb in our metal-roofed structure adds a unique character to live music and dance performances.
