An Urban Living Lab for Sustainable Events
We’re a bunch of artists, dreamers, and changemakers who turned a 20,000 sqft warehouse into a living experiment. This is where your events meet circularity, art, and a breath of fresh air in Yeshwanthpur.
A fun, game-themed video showcasing "A Sustainable Day at BCC," from refilling water bottles to enjoying farm-to-table meals at our canteen.
A video featuring a maker from The Make Good Collective demonstrating how to turn single-use plastics into roofing shingles in our makerspace, a true "Trash to Treasure" project.
A lush photo of our permaculture garden, captioned "a breath of fresh air (Literally)," showcasing the green oasis we've created within the city.
A fascinating shot of pink oyster mushrooms growing out of a repurposed paint bucket, a project with Nuvedo demonstrating our innovative approach to urban farming and waste.
A photo of composting specialists demonstrating home composting techniques during our launch event, highlighting our commitment to waste management from day one.
A 30-second ASMR video of rain falling in our space, capturing the soothing sounds of water on our roof and in our gardens.
A promotional video for a "Swap Party," encouraging circular fashion by inviting people to swap gently-worn clothing instead of buying new.
A short film titled "The Creeping Heat in Bengaluru’s Neighbourhoods," a project by ATREE that explores the impacts of urban heat and climate vulnerability.
A view of our lush indoor garden, a testament to our concept of a living lab where nature thrives within an industrial structure.
About Our Sustainable Soul
Our space is a functioning ecosystem, not a static hall. We rely on passive cooling through our permaculture gardens and high ceilings, and manage our waste on-site, which means your event choices—from catering to décor—directly contribute to our circular loop.
When you book with us, you are not just renting a floor; you are stepping into a working, breathing Urban Living Lab. We built this from a tired steel factory, using scrap metal, graffiti, and a lot of ingenuity.
Because we are a living lab, our environment is raw and real. We do not have central HVAC systems; instead, we use the natural ventilation provided by our 20ft ceilings, industrial air circulators, and the lush permaculture gardens we have nurtured within the space. It is a place that feels wilder and more grounded than your standard hotel banquet hall.
We operate on principles of circularity. This means we have mandatory waste segregation stations and expect all events to align with our low-waste philosophy. Our central arena, where festivals, music jams, and exhibitions happen, is polished concrete and metal—great for heavy footfall and high-energy events. If you are planning a corporate offsite, a workshop, or an art show, know that you will be surrounded by our scrap art installations and edible gardens.
We are here to help you host events that leave a lighter footprint. Whether it is our farm-to-table canteen feeding your guests or our makerspace providing the backdrop for your project, we invite you to be part of the change. Come join the circus, and let’s create something meaningful together.
Creative Circus
We’re a bunch of artists and dreamers who took an old steel factory and turned it into an Urban Living Lab. Think of us less as a rental space and more as an urban jungle where your event happens right in the middle of a working, breathing ecosystem.
