About Film Festivals & Screenings
Because our space is a high-ceiling, industrial hangar, it brings a gritty, honest texture to your screenings that a standard cinema just cannot replicate. However, keep in mind that the space is not soundproof, so for dialogue-heavy documentaries or intimate films, we recommend planning for a dedicated professional sound system to ensure your audience stays fully immersed in the story.
When you host a screening here, you aren't just renting a room, you are plugging your film into a living, breathing ecosystem. Our Central Arena is flexible enough for everything from weekend-long environmental film festivals to one-off documentary premieres followed by late-night panel discussions.
The Venue Vibe
We have replaced traditional theater velvet with industrial grit, repurposed steel, and graffiti-covered walls. It is an aesthetic that works exceptionally well for impact cinema, activist films, and art-house projects. Your attendees will move from the screening into our permaculture garden, meaning the conversations sparked by your film can continue long after the credits roll.
Practical Details for Organizers
- Capacity & Seating: We offer a blank slate. You decide the seating arrangement, which gives you complete control over the audience experience.
- The Food Factor: Keep your guests fueled with fresh, farm-to-table snacks and drinks from our on-site Circus Canteen. It is the perfect setup for intermissions or post-film networking.
- Tech Support: While we provide the structural shell, we are happy to guide you on how to set up lighting and PA systems to make the most of our 20ft ceilings.
- Location: We are located in Yeshwanthpur, close enough to the city's buzz but tucked away in a space that feels like a world of its own.
