Pricing Guide
Main Warehouse Hangar (Non-AC)
Space & Infrastructure
- Area: Exclusive use of the Central Arena with 4,000 to 6,000 sqft usable floor area.
- Structure: Industrial roof with 20ft+ height clearance.
- Decor: Includes fixed large-scale art installations (Scrap Metal Seahorse, Graffiti Murals) which cannot be moved.
- Flooring: Polished concrete suitable for high traffic; rugs or carpets are not provided.
Amenities & Logistics
- Cooling: Passive cooling only via large industrial air circulators. There is no central HVAC system.
- Power: 3-phase power connection available (consumption charged on actuals).
- Backstage: Access to 1-2 small rooms for storage or green room use.
- Sanitation: Shared gender-segregated restroom block with industrial aesthetic.
- Waste: Mandatory waste segregation stations (wet/dry/reject) provided on-site.
Operational Constraints
- Acoustics: High reverb due to metal structure; requires professional sound dampening or PA systems.
- Housekeeping: Basic pre-event cleaning included; post-event deep cleaning is chargeable if waste policies are violated.
Garden Unconference Pod (10-15 Pax)
Hard Infrastructure
- Seating: Informal setup for 10-15 people using upcycled wood furniture, bean bags, or low seating. Note: No ergonomic office chairs.
- Climate Control: Non-AC space. Relies on natural ventilation, high ceilings, and industrial fans.
- Tech: Basic Wi-Fi access and one whiteboard/chalkboard. Portable projector available on request.
Soft Aspects
- Setting: Located within the permaculture garden with high natural light.
- Water: RO water refill station provided (bottles not supplied).
Exclusions
- Food & Beverage: Must be ordered via the in-house canteen; outside food is generally restricted.
- Temperature: Can get warm during mid-day summer hours due to the open living lab design.
Commercial Shoot Access
Visual Assets
- Access: Non-exclusive access to common areas including the Central Arena, Garden, Graffiti Walls, and Blue Gates.
- Aesthetics: Industrial grunge textures, corrugated metal sheets, permaculture greenery, and street art backgrounds.
Crew Support
- Capacity: Base pricing covers a standard crew of 5-8 people.
- Power: Access to standard 15A plug points for lighting and charging.
- Facilities: Access to one private enclosed space or restroom for wardrobe changes.
- Props: Use of on-site items like ladders, tires, and distressed chairs with prior permission.
Technical Constraints
- Audio: The space is not soundproof; ambient noise from traffic and construction is audible, making sync-sound recording difficult.
- Lighting: Relies heavily on variable natural light from skylights.

My Story
Hey, we’re Creative Circus (or BCC if you’re chill). Started off in a big, old warehouse in Yeshwanthpur, 2019. We went wild with scrap, built an Urban Living Lab. It’s kinda messy, always changing, full of artists, dreamers, dogs, and a giant scrap seahorse. We throw monthly markets, film nights, pet adoptions, sound healing, all sorts. Not just a space—more like a big, crazy family. Drop by, find peace under the Wise Man, or just hang. Woofin excited, really.
