We build commercial spaces that do more than function—they foster community. From repurposed aircraft bars to re-wilded workspaces, our designs turn raw materials into living, breathing destinations.

Peeking through the lush foliage, this view of the Toit brewery reveals a structure that embraces nature. The design uses wood and a latticed roof to create a space that feels open and connected to the outdoors.

This video tour of the brewery showcases the warm and inviting atmosphere we created. The combination of exposed brick, rich wood, and abundant greenery makes it a perfect space for building community.

The Aste Bar was born from abandoned aircraft wreckage. We repurposed airplane seats and fuselage parts to create a unique and immersive experience, rewriting the context of these discarded materials.

Original airplane passenger seats are repurposed for lounge seating at the Aste Bar. The design is a conversation between industrial salvage and comfortable, functional interior design.

A shattered mirror installation and the nose cone of an aircraft create a dramatic, artistic backdrop in the bar. This is an example of how we use recycled materials to create powerful visual statements.

Our Earth Alive project is a space for community, art, and play. This collage shows people gathering, learning, and interacting within the environment we designed using repurposed shipping containers.

A view from inside one of the repurposed shipping containers at Earth Alive. The design opens up these industrial boxes, creating airy, light-filled spaces that connect with the surrounding re-wilded landscape.

This conceptual sketch shows our design for a golf clubhouse, which repurposes old shipping containers. The plan integrates the industrial structures with a pool and deck, creating a modern and sustainable leisure space.

An architectural rendering of the "2 The T" clubhouse in Bangalore. The design features a floating roof and open-air seating, demonstrating how we can transform existing sheds and containers into dynamic new structures.

This interior rendering for the golf clubhouse shows a large, open-plan space that flows into an outdoor terrace. The design prioritizes natural light and a connection to the surrounding golf course.

About Commercial: Crafting Experiences

Commercial spaces often suffer from the 'cookie-cutter' syndrome, but we take a different path. Whether it is integrating repurposed shipping containers into a golf clubhouse or using salvaged aircraft parts to create a bar, we treat every project as a piece of adaptive reuse art. The secret lies in our process: we do not just clear the site and build; we look for the stories already present in the materials and the landscape, ensuring your business space feels like an extension of its environment, not an intrusion.
