Our main thing is biophilia - basically, if people have more green around, they feel better. We get pretty obsessed with making sure every bit of space actually gets used, whether for hanging out, walking or just catching a breath. No boring dead corners. We aim for sustainable community design, with central lawns, gathering spots, and pedestrian-friendly housing layouts that don’t just look good, but feel good too.

Where We Work Our Magic

• Big housing projects - From blocks of flats to layouts with clubhouses, pools, and tree-lined walkways. We plan every bit, right down to rooftop gardens and podium spaces.
• Private estates or farmhouses - We love bringing out the best in natural sites, whether it’s a mango farm or a coconut grove. The design flows from driveway to patio, with no jarring breaks.
• Public spaces - Playgrounds for kids of all ages, plazas for offices, temple courtyards - all planned to make people want to hang around.
