Corporate and Public Plaza Landscape Design
We design outdoor spaces that act as an extension of the workplace, blurring the lines between structural architecture and natural environment. Our focus is on creating rhythms of movement, pause, and connection.
This corporate plaza design features tree-lined avenues and sculptural benches, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for employees and visitors during the day.
The same plaza at dusk, where integrated lighting within the benches and planters transforms the mood, creating a sophisticated and usable evening space.
A dynamic, multi-tiered water feature serves as the plaza's centerpiece, adding the soothing sound of water and a strong visual anchor to the design.
Modern lighting fixtures double as sculptural elements, framing seating areas and providing functional illumination for this rooftop terrace plaza.
About Corporate & Public Plazas
When we lay out a plaza, we think about how the space functions long after office hours. By integrating low-glare lighting directly into benches and planters, we turn a daylight thoroughfare into a safe, sophisticated evening retreat, ensuring your site remains a functional asset around the clock.
For corporate and public campuses, master planning is less about decoration and more about choreography. We approach these sites by analyzing circulation patterns—where people walk, where they pause to talk, and where they need shelter.
The Logic of the Plaza
We use hardscape and softscape to define boundaries without building walls. By strategically placing seating and using geometric flooring patterns, we guide pedestrian flow while maximizing the available FSI. Our design process includes rigorous sciography studies—shadow analysis—to ensure that common areas, seating nodes, and outdoor break zones remain comfortable during peak sun hours. This ensures that the landscape isn't just a visual backdrop, but a usable environment that adds real value to the property.
Nightscape & Safety
A plaza that fades away at night is a lost opportunity. We treat nightscape design as a core technical requirement, not an afterthought. By utilizing dark-sky compliant lighting fixtures that highlight textures and vegetation, we create a secure, inviting atmosphere that encourages after-hours activity. This approach is rooted in our belief that architecture and nature should resonate as one, creating a continuous narrative from the building entrance to the furthest corner of the campus.
