How We See Master Planning
I look at master planning as more than just putting buildings on land. It’s about creating spaces where people actually want to live, work, and hang out. Modern residential projects, mixed-use communities, even school campuses — I bring everything together so the built stuff works with the greenery and the vibe of the place.
My Approach
- Context-sensitive master planning is key. I never use one-size-fits-all ideas. Every site’s got its own quirks – soil, local culture, even how the sun hits in winter.
- Human-centric urban spaces matter to me. I think about how people move, meet, and relax. Places shouldn’t feel the same every visit.
- Sustainable landscape integration is baked into my work. I use native plants, keep things low-maintenance, and try not to mess with the land more than needed.
- I design for community and wellness. If a space doesn’t bring neighbors together or make you feel good, it’s missing something.
