About Master Planning
What Master Planning Means to Me
I see master planning as bringing life to a place, not just lining up buildings. For me, every site has its own vibe, whether it’s a sprawling campus, a spiritual spot, or a messy urban terminal. My aim is always to make spaces feel real and connected to people and nature.
How I Work
- I rarely start with a fixed idea. Most of the time, I get a blank slate and no brief - and that’s where the magic happens.
- I spend a lot of time digging into the local culture, stories, and history. Sometimes I mix Kannada (local language) in client chats to get nuances that English just misses.
- I use sketches, models, and 3D renders, but the real work is in talking, listening, and co-creating.
- Whether I’m designing a campus master plan strategy for a university or a temple complex, I try to make every corner feel intentional.
What Guides My Blueprints
- I respect the cultural soul of each place. For spiritual projects, I work with traditional experts like Sthapati and design the courtyards and pathways with as much care as the buildings.
- I plan for flexible growth frameworks so spaces can change and grow for decades.
- Sustainability is always front and center. I use the site’s natural contours, harvest water, and create green pockets that make the place breathe.
- End-user experience is everything. I map out journeys - from a devotee’s path in a temple to how a student moves across a campus.
Projects That Tell a Story
- In Hubli’s Shiva temple, I turned 6.5 acres into a spiritual journey, even adding a Gaushala (cow shed) and Kalyani (temple tank).
- In Tripura, I shaped a Buddhist university’s master plan from scratch, using sustainable site development and the natural slope to build a lake and meditation hall.
- For the Ranchi bus terminal, I tackled urban chaos with clear pedestrian routes and smart commercial planning.
I don’t just design space. I try to find its soul and let it grow.

My Story
I’m from a family of clay sculptors, painters, performers – so making things with my hands is just how I’m wired. Grew up in Bangalore, back when it was all trees and gardens, not glass towers. Most folks who come to us want that old peace back, a slice of the garden city they remember. My job? Build homes that feel like nature’s hug, even in the middle of the city rush.
My Work
Architecture, Interiors, Master Planning - We design homes, spaces, and whole sites - not just rooms, but places to live and breathe.
Collaborative Design - No fixed plans. We chat, listen, and shape your space together, based on your memories and needs.
Nature-Connected Living Spaces - We blur indoor-outdoor lines, frame views, and bring greenery up close, inspired by garden city living.
Sustainable & Local Approach - We use eco-friendly stuff like laterite and granite, passive cooling, rainwater harvesting, and support local artisans.
Craftsmanship in Every Detail - From rangoli floors to brick facades, our work mixes modern design with hands-on Indian craft.
