This is what a typical class at my Bijal Fitness and Dance Studio looks like. We mix high-energy Zumba dance steps with fitness moves like lunges and squats to give you a full-body workout that never gets boring.
Here's a glimpse of our step aerobics session. It's a fantastic low-impact cardio workout that really targets your leg muscles and improves coordination. We keep the rhythm going for a great calorie burn.
I focus on result-oriented exercises that target specific areas. This routine is designed to help tone the upper body, including exercises for the arms, side core, and chest muscles.
We love celebrating together! This was from our special Independence Day class where everyone dressed up and we danced to patriotic songs. It’s all about having fun and building a strong community.
We always keep things fresh by dancing to trending tracks like 'Naacho Naacho' from RRR. You don't need to be a pro dancer; just follow along and enjoy the music. It's a full-on fitness Zumba song!
Dancing to hit Bollywood songs like 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' is one of my favorite ways to get everyone moving. The energy in the studio is amazing when a popular track comes on.

I run this studio in Rajajinagar because I believe fitness should be something you enjoy, not a task you tick off your list. My sessions move fast and stay fresh. We start with high-energy Zumba to get your heart rate up, then transition into step aerobics to target legs and core muscles without being harsh on your knees.

- Results-Oriented Toning: We do not just jump around. We incorporate 3 sets of 20 reps for targeted areas like arms, tummy, and thighs.

- Functional Space: Our studio is equipped with large mirrors to help you check your form and wooden laminate flooring for safety. It is a non-AC space with good airflow, perfect for an intense sweat session.
