About this collection
You won't be jumping on hard concrete here. Every class happens on our shock-absorbent wooden flooring, specifically designed to protect your knees and ankles while you crush those high-intensity cardio moves.
I started Rhythmic Feet 20 years ago with a simple goal: to make fitness feel like a party. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to dial up your intensity, my classes are structured to give you a full-body workout without the monotony of a typical gym session.
The Workout
We run 60-minute non-stop cardio sessions that blend Zumba Fitness, Bollywood Aerobics, and Step Aerobics. It is loud, sweaty, and high-energy. The goal is to keep you moving, burning calories, and leaving with a massive smile. My batches are kept to 10–25 participants, which means you aren't just another number in the crowd. I keep the group size manageable so I can actually keep an eye on your posture and form.
