About Featured

You don't need perfect technique to join my class; you just need to show up. In our sessions held across Bengaluru, we focus on simple, interval-style movements set to upbeat Bollywood, Salsa, and Hip-Hop tracks. It is a 60-minute workout where you can burn anywhere from 300 to 900 calories, but since we are busy smiling and laughing, it never feels like a traditional gym session.

We started these sessions with one goal: to create a space where everyone feels like family. If you have ever felt shy about walking into a group class or worried about having 'two left feet,' this is for you. As I always say, koi bhi perfect nahi hota, yaar (nobody is perfect, friend).   • Music & Moves: We blend rhythms from around the world—Salsa, Reggaeton, Hip-Hop, Bhangra, and the best of Bollywood—so every class feels like a party.
  • Inclusive Atmosphere: Our studio environment is strictly judgment-free and LGBTQ+ friendly. We want you to walk out feeling stronger and happier than when you walked in.
  • Practical Details: Classes are 60 minutes long, usually 2-3 times a week. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing water. If you are joining us for a corporate workshop or a private group, we can customize the playlist and intensity to suit the team.
