In our sessions held across Bengaluru, we focus on simple, interval-style movements set to upbeat Bollywood, Salsa, and Hip-Hop tracks. It is a 60-minute workout where you can burn anywhere from 300 to 900 calories, but since we are busy smiling and laughing, it never feels like a traditional gym session.
