Dance is my way of connecting—with nature, with traditions, and with the joy inside all of us. Here is a glimpse into the moments that define my world, from the stage to the streets.

Dance is my prayer, and ancient temples feel like home. Here I am at Hampi, connecting with the energy of the space through a semi-classical piece. This performance blends full-body movements with expressive sitting choreography, telling a story about life, death, and the eternal journey of the soul.

The energy of my young students is infectious. This is from our Independence Day celebration, where the children are performing a group folk dance with tricolor props. My classes for kids focus on making dance fun, building confidence, and creating beautiful memories together.

Who says you need a stage to dance? For me, dance can happen anywhere, even in a Mumbai local train. This is a glimpse of my special sitting choreography, where we use expressions and hand gestures to tell stories. It shows that the desire to dance is all you need.

When the Garba music plays, you just have to dance. Here’s a spontaneous moment at a metro station, filled with the vibrant energy of folk dance. This is the pure, uninhibited joy that I bring into my Garba and folk dance workshops.

This semi-classical piece, performed by the water, is all about Abhinaya, the art of expression. I am using delicate hand mudras and facial expressions to convey the emotions of a classic Bollywood song. This is the heart of my teaching, helping you connect with the story behind the steps.

I feel so proud seeing my adult students shine on stage. This video shows my Bharatnatyam group getting ready for their performance at the Shivali Festival. It’s a testament to their dedication and the beautiful community we build in our classes.

Storytelling is at the core of Indian dance. In this sitting choreography piece, I'm exploring the feeling of playful jealousy through the story of Radha. Notice how every expression and hand gesture contributes to the narrative, making it a complete performance even while seated.

This is me in my element, dressed for a classical Bharatnatyam performance. The posture, the costume, and the expression all come together to honor this timeless art form. It represents the deep respect for tradition that I carry in all my dance forms.

About Featured

Whether I am performing in a temple, dancing on a train, or helping kids learn folk steps, my core focus is always Abhinaya—the art of expression. You will notice in these clips that I do not just focus on the technique; I teach you how to use your eyes, your hands, and your heart to tell a story so that the audience feels the emotion behind every movement.
