When I started my own fitness journey, I realized quickly that the perfect body isn't built on supplements or shortcuts. It is built on consistency. Whether you are aiming for weight loss or muscle gain, the principles remain the same. I treat my own body as a canvas. I cycle between bulking phases and cutting phases, all while documenting the process. This helps me show you that it is possible to maintain a physique without sacrificing your lifestyle or your health.
My approach integrates three non-negotiables:

- Nutrition as fuel: I do not believe in boring diets. I use everyday Indian ingredients like Paneer, Ragi, and Spinach to hit protein macros without needing expensive imported foods.
- Holistic care: You will notice skincare advice in my content too. A true glow-up isn't just about muscles; it is about gut health, hydration, and a disciplined morning routine.
