The evidenced equipment is wood-fire chulhas and ovens, including a Rational oven at the Adugodi kitchen. It supports LPG backup and smoky flavour in bulk cooking. It is not a promise that no venue issue can delay service.
Wedding and reception schedules are flexible, with staff present through the day. Other event types use ordinary service windows.
At Adugodi, food sampling covers whatever is already cooking for that day's events. It is not a custom menu rehearsal or a contingency-plan demonstration.
