About Grand Buffet Presentations
Gold Setup at Prestige City, Avalon Park uses gold-toned serving pieces. At Angana Courtyard, our wedding buffet sits within the venue's rustic setting.
Serveware and catering presentation
Our wedding displays use gold-accented chafing dishes, tiered risers, floral arrangements and labelled stations. The gallery also includes an illuminated "Lagan Laagi Re" counter and a decorated dessert and salad display.
At Bliss Convention Centre, sunflowers run along the buffet. Godrej United Apartments shows Veg Pulao and Raita in a simpler arrangement. Other examples include Ohana Apartments, DSR White Waters and Prangana.
Service format
Reception buffets use tables with linens and crockery, cutlery and glassware service. Uniformed staff serve the food and remove our equipment. General venue decor, floor cleaning and off-site waste removal are not part of that catering scope.
Sampling at Adugodi is of food cooking for actual events that day. It is not a buffet-layout rehearsal or tasting of a menu made for your visit.
