About Group Laughter Sessions
It is normal to feel a bit silly when you start. My sessions are not about telling jokes or watching a performance. We use simple pranayama based laughter exercises to bypass your mental filter, helping you genuinely switch off from work stress and feel lighter by the end of the hour.
Laughter yoga is not just about making noise. It is a deliberate practice that uses movement and breathing to trigger a physiological response in the body. When we practice this together, we shift the focus from the mind to the body, making it easier to release long-held tension.
How We Practice
Whether you join a community group in places like Rajouri Garden or book a private session at your home, the process follows a rhythm. We start with gentle pranayama and rhythmic clapping to warm up the body. From there, we move into active laughter exercises—often including Gibberish Therapy to help you stop analyzing and start feeling. We always finish with a quiet period of meditation, allowing the energy to settle.

These sessions are for everyone, regardless of age or physical fitness. You do not need to be a yogi to join.
