District Level Preparation Squad
Schedule & Facility Access
- Training Volume: 3 to 4 sessions per week, totaling approximately 12-16 hours of training per month.
- Instructor Level: Coaching led by Senior Instructors (National Refs/Black Belts).
- Infrastructure: Usage of EVA foam matted Dojang and basic conditioning equipment like tires and weights.

- WT Rules: Instruction on World Taekwondo sparring regulations and scoring zones.

- Training Volume: Compulsory 6 days per week attendance, totaling approximately 45-50 training hours per month.
- Intensity: Full-contact sparring sessions simulating national tournament environments.
Advanced Strategy & Meta
- Scoring Tactics: Training on clinch work, cut-kicks, and counter-attacks specific to the electronic scoring system.
- Game Management: Situational drills focusing on point gap management and last-10-seconds fighting strategies.

We’re Bengaluru Taekwondo Academy, but honestly, it’s more like a taekwondofamily here. I’m B.L.N Murthy, and Taekwondo’s been my whole life – from winning medals for India to coaching the national team. Now, I want to help folks in Bengaluru get stronger, not just in sport but in life. We train hard, celebrate harder, and always stick together. Basics matter most. You show up, you work, you grow. That’s our pride.
