ICSA Academy: Master MMA and Combat Sports
We do not just teach moves, we build fighters. From boxing and BJJ to full-contact MMA, this is where you test your limits in Bengaluru's rawest training environments.
The ICSA Open is our in-house BJJ team battle. It's where our students test their game, push each other, and grow together as a team. This is about building our skills from the ground up.
Our ICSA Hesaraghatta branch is on fire. We are developing a new wave of athletes from this location, offering everything from BJJ and grappling to striking classes.
The headquarters is lit. Our main gym is always buzzing with activity, from pad work and technical drills to full-contact sparring. This is the heart of ICSA.
Life is short, shoot your shot. Just like my fighter Clinton shoots for the legs. This is a look at the wrestling and takedown drills we practice, a key part of our MMA curriculum.
A striking drill in progress. One fighter works on his defense while the other practices combinations. This is how we sharpen our tools and support each other's growth.
A BJJ grappling exchange on the mat. Here, a fighter works to pass the guard, a fundamental skill in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that we teach to all our students.
Sportsmanship and respect are core to our values. Here, two training partners help each other up after a tough grappling roll. We are competitors, but we are also a team.
A fighter attempts to secure a dominant position during a grappling session. We focus on positional control as much as submissions in our BJJ and wrestling classes.
Working to break the grip and escape a submission attempt. Our training covers both offensive and defensive aspects of grappling to create well-rounded fighters.
Here is a technical breakdown of an armbar from the mount position. We believe in teaching the science of combat, showing the step-by-step process for executing techniques perfectly.
About Our Academy: Training & Events
You will not find AC in our gyms, and that is intentional. We train in a raw, industrial environment because you need to learn how to manage your heat, sweat, and breathing when the pressure is on. This is where you get comfortable being uncomfortable, whether you join us in Jayanagar, Electronic City, or Whitefield.
When you walk into an ICSA facility, you are not signing up for a standard gym membership. You are joining a wolfpack. Our training is built on the '9 Punches' precision system and a deep focus on BJJ and wrestling. We do not care if you are a beginner or a pro, as long as you are ready to work. We prioritize functional conditioning—tire flips, battle ropes, and partner carries—that builds endurance for the cage.
Our schedule is built for results. With over 50 coaching hours available every month across morning and evening slots, you have consistent access to the mats. If you are serious, you get into the rotation with our MFN contract holders for elite sparring sessions. We also host the ICSA Open, our in-house team battles, to help you test your skills in a competitive environment without the nerves of a pro debut. This is not just about learning how to fight, it is about learning how to stay disciplined, manage your fear, and support the person training next to you.
