Build a strong foundation with disciplined karate kata practice. I focus on precise techniques and steady rhythm to help you master the basics of martial arts.

"Ichi, Ni, San..." The count guides the movement. This video shows a synchronized kata drill where students learn to execute techniques with timing and unity, a key part of our karate classes for kids and adults.

A massive outdoor training event where hundreds of students practice in unison. Leading such a large group requires focus from everyone, and it builds a powerful sense of shared purpose.

Even in large groups, I make sure the energy is high. Here I am with a drum, keeping the rhythm and motivating the students during a mass kata practice session.

About The Foundation: Kata & Drills

Whether you are a total beginner or an advanced student refining your form, we start every movement with the basics. You will learn each kata step-by-step, repeating the sequence until your muscle memory takes over and the movement feels natural—or as I like to say, chennagi bandide (done well).
