About The Dojo: Training in Session

When you step onto the mat, expect a serious environment. We run a tight schedule focusing on kihon (basics) and kumite (sparring), where commands are given in Japanese and English to keep everyone locked in. Do not expect to just go through the motions; we track your progress through a formal belt grading system, so every session counts toward your next rank.
