About Coaching For Everyone
Before you even touch a hold, we spend the first 15 minutes on a mandatory safety induction, teaching you how to fall safely on our crash pads. It is the most important skill here—because when you are pushing for that next grade, knowing how to drop safely means you will have the confidence to actually try the move.
Bouldering is often called solving a life problem on a wall, and that is exactly how we approach every coaching session here in Malleshwaram. Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned climber, the methodology focuses on building both mental resilience and physical strength.
For Beginners & Kids
We believe there is no shame in falling—it is part of the sport. Our Junior Climbing Academy (ages 6-14) uses gamified challenges to teach coordination and spatial awareness, making climbing fun while instilling strict safety protocols. If you are an adult new to the sport, we start with fundamental movement: how to grip, how to flag, and how to read a route.
Adult Performance Coaching
For those ready to level up, our program includes 12 structured sessions per month. We dive deep into:
- Beta Analysis: Learning how to read sequences and save energy.
- Technical Drills: Mastering footwork like edging and smearing.
- Climbing Fitness: Targeted circuits for finger strength and core stability to prevent injury.
Our facility features weekly route resets, so even if you train regularly, there is always a new 'problem' to solve. The warehouse-style space is designed for community, not just training. You will find yourself climbing alongside national champs and weekend warriors, all sharing the same wall space and the same drive to reach the top.
