We are here for you, no matter where you are in the world or on your parenthood path. Our community and services are accessible to provide compassionate support for every expectant parent.
We are here to support maternal and newborn well-being through every stage. From preconception and pregnancy to birth, postpartum, newborn care, and early childhood, our network provides guidance and community.
About Our Services & How We Help
We offer one-on-one sessions where you can speak in English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam. Whether you are navigating baby blues or trying to create a birth plan that respects your wishes, we provide a private, zero-judgment space to talk it through. You do not have to carry the weight of these decisions alone.
Parenthood is often called a rollercoaster, and we believe you should never have to ride it without a support system. Our counseling is rooted in the idea that every mother deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered with evidence-based information.
How We Can Help
- Birth Options Counseling: If you feel overwhelmed by hospital protocols or fear regarding delivery, we offer 60-minute sessions to help you create a birth preference sheet. We focus on helping you understand your choices—whether you are considering a home birth or hospital delivery—so you can advocate for yourself.
- Peer Support & Helpline: Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who understands. Our free helpline is available for anyone dealing with pregnancy or postpartum anxiety, breastfeeding struggles, or the isolation that often comes with being a new parent.
- A Safe Space in Shanti Nagar: Beyond remote support, we run sessions at our center in Shanti Nagar. This is a place to ask questions openly, without the pressure of 'log kya kahenge' (what will people say).
We don't provide medical advice or give you a list of 'shoulds.' Instead, we act as a partner in your journey, helping you navigate postpartum mental health, bond with your baby, and find a community that gets it.
