Here is a simple mental health checklist for new and expecting moms. Asking yourself these small questions daily can help you stay in tune with your needs. Are you eating? Sleeping? Feeling okay? It's important to check in with yourself.

Embracing motherhood means embracing your own needs, too. Remember, it's okay not to be okay, and seeking support is a sign of incredible strength. Let's nurture our minds as we await our little miracles.

Pregnancy is a rollercoaster of emotions, and prioritizing your mental health is key. Taking a calm walk, practicing deep breaths, or connecting with loved ones are beautiful gifts to both you and your growing baby.

About Your Well-being Checklist

You do not have to carry the emotional load of pregnancy or early postpartum alone. This checklist is a starting point, but it is not a replacement for real support. When these daily questions become hard to answer or the days you feel 'not okay' start to outnumber the good ones, reach out to us. We have trained peer counselors ready to listen in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and English, providing a safe space to talk without judgment.
