My cupcakes are little bites of happiness, all completely egg-free. I use a moist Belgian chocolate base and top it with everything from silky milk chocolate ganache and confetti for a nostalgic birthday vibe, to intricate, hand-piped vanilla buttercream florals that are perfect for gifting.
