About Artisanal Cupcakes
I don't believe in just frosting the top of a cupcake. When you bite into one of mine, you get a liquid center—usually my homemade lemon curd, blueberry jam, or rich chocolate ganache. It is a little surprise hidden inside that makes the dessert feel complete, not just like a piece of cake with icing.
Baking is my escape, and my cupcakes are designed to be personal, not mass-produced. Because I work out of my home kitchen in Vikhroli, I control every step of the process. I use real ingredients, which is why my lemon curd and blueberry jam are made from scratch rather than bought in bulk.
I treat my cupcakes like miniature canvases. My signature floral buttercream technique uses two-tone color mixing to create realistic, layered rosettes. Whether you are looking for a classic vanilla strawberry box or something indulgent like chocolate hazelnut, the aesthetic is just as important as the flavor.
Since I operate as a pre-order bakery, I bake your box the day of your event. This helps the sponge retain moisture without getting soggy, which is the biggest issue with factory-made treats. I offer both egg-based and eggless recipes, so just let me know your preference when you reach out.
