Sacred Ceremonies and Guided Meditation
We honor the spiritual roots of yoga through sacred rituals and daily meditation. Step away from the noise and find stillness by the Kabini river.

About Sacred Ceremonies & Meditation
Our rituals, like the opening fire Puja, are not just traditions—they are purposeful tools we use to clear obstacles and set intentions. You will find that these ceremonies, combined with daily guided meditation by the river, help shift your focus from the busy mind to the present moment, preparing you for deep learning and self-reflection.
At our riverside ashram, meditation and ceremony are the threads that hold our daily life together. We believe that to heal, one must first learn to quiet the chatter of the mind.
Every journey here begins with a traditional Ganesha Puja. This is not a performance but an invitation to leave behind the stress of city life and ground yourself in the present. We perform this fire ritual to purify the space, welcoming you into a supportive community where you can focus entirely on your growth.
Throughout your stay, you will join our daily meditation sessions. Practiced in our open-air shala overlooking the Kabini river, these moments help you develop the internal silence necessary for any deep yoga or Ayurvedic work. You might also find yourself part of a Kirtan evening, where we come together to sing, relieve stress, and share in the collective energy of the group.
Whether you are here for a teacher training or an Ayurveda foundation course, these practices ensure that your learning is rooted in a calm, focused state. It is about balancing the 'doing' of modern life with the 'being' that we cultivate here on our 18-acre organic farm. You are invited to join these practices as they are—simple, honest, and designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
