About Featured
This isn't just theory in a classroom; it is an active immersion where you learn the science of life by living it. During these 14 days, you will trade digital screens for forest walks, learn to read your unique pulse with Dr. Neel, and prepare sattvic meals using herbs and vegetables harvested right from our 18-acre organic farm.
A Deeper Dive Into Ayurveda
Our 100-hour foundation course is built for those ready to move past the basics. Whether you are looking to integrate holistic habits into your own daily life or add practical therapeutic skills to your professional toolkit, we provide the space and the guidance to make that shift.
What You Will Learn
- Nadi Pariksha: We guide you through the subtle art of pulse diagnosis, helping you understand your body’s unique constitution.
- Traditional Therapies: Gain hands-on experience in the mechanics of Abhyanga (full body oil massage) and the application of Kizhi (herbal poultices).
- Medicinal Herbology: Since our ashram acts as a living pharmacy, you will walk our forest to identify plants like Neem and Amla, learning how to turn them into home remedies.
- Ayurvedic Nutrition: You will spend time in our kitchen learning to prepare meals that balance the Tridosha, using fresh, seasonal produce from our own land.
Living the Ashram Life
Your 14-day residency is about more than the curriculum. We live by the rhythms of nature. Mornings begin with Hatha Yoga and Pranayama to align the body, followed by theory sessions with Dr. Neel. Afternoons are for practical workshop rotations and quiet reflection by the river. You will stay in our eco-friendly brick cottages, designed to keep you connected to the fresh air and the sounds of the forest, rather than the hum of air conditioning. This is a space to disconnect, reset your digestion, and find clarity.
AyurYoga Eco-Ashram
