About Meet Our Team
Our team doesn't just manage a classroom; we prepare an environment. Before the children arrive in the morning, you will find us checking the materials, ensuring the shelves are organized, and tweaking the space to invite curiosity. We know that for a child, a well-placed activity isn't just play, it is the beginning of independent learning and self-confidence.
At Ayelet Montessori, the title 'teacher' feels too small for what we do. We call ourselves guides because our goal is to step back and let the child lead, intervening only when necessary to support their development. Every member of our team, from our lead AMI/IMTC-trained directresses to our support staff, is here because they believe in the Montessori philosophy of respect for the individual child.
We understand that when you leave your little one with us, you are placing your trust in our hands. That is why we prioritize genuine connection over academic rigidity. Whether it is helping a toddler navigate separation anxiety or guiding a pre-primary student through a complex math bead chain, our guides focus on emotional intelligence, grace, and courtesy alongside standard curriculum.
Our team is a mix of seasoned experts and fresh, enthusiastic educators, all united by the same 'follow the child' vision. We spend considerable time in observation—watching how your child interacts with materials, how they solve problems, and where their interests lie. This allows us to tailor our support to their specific needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all lesson plan.
