To be a truly skilled teacher, you must move beyond the mat. I teach you how to master the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair so you can handle any client, any body, and any fitness goal.

The Side Bend on the Wunda Chair is where grace meets power. This exercise is fantastic for building core strength and flexibility. In my course, you'll learn how to use every piece of equipment to its full potential.

Here we are working on a Standing Lunge on the Wunda Chair. This move is all about balance, strength, and stability. It's a great example of how Pilates equipment can be used to challenge the body in new ways.

The Wunda Chair leg press is excellent for building powerful hamstrings and lower body strength. I ensure my trainees understand the mechanics of each exercise to provide safe and effective instruction.

This is a biceps press on the Wunda Chair, which also improves scapular mobility. My training focuses on functional movements that strengthen the body and improve overall alignment.

The Seated Torso Press on the Wunda Chair is a core-focused exercise that stabilizes the spine and builds control for better posture. You will learn how to cue these movements with precision.

Here is a triceps press on the Wunda Chair. It's a powerhouse workout for toning the arms and maintaining good posture through core control. My program covers exercises for the entire body.

The Ladder Barrel is a key piece of equipment for deep stretches and improving spinal freedom. I teach my students how to use it to help clients build flexibility and improve alignment safely.

The Pilates Reformer is a versatile machine that builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances posture. This is a close-up of the footbar and carriage, which you will become an expert in using.

This is our Half Cadillac Reformer, a perfect mix of a Reformer and a Cadillac. It provides a full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels, and you will learn how to use it for both private sessions and group classes.

The Reformer is the centerpiece of many Pilates studios. My program ensures you are proficient with this versatile machine, which enhances core strength, improves flexibility, and promotes body awareness.

About Mastering the Equipment: From Reformer to Cadillac

If you only know the Reformer, you are missing half the picture. The Cadillac's spring systems allow for specific rehabilitation work, while the Wunda Chair is unmatched for core stability and balance. Mastering these isn't just about learning the exercises; it is about understanding how to use every piece of equipment to safely address a client's specific needs.

My equipment mastery course is not about memorizing a checklist of moves. It is about learning the mechanics of how the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and barrels function so you can fix bodies, not just instruct them.

The 'Why' Behind the Movement

When you understand biomechanics, you stop teaching routines and start teaching bodies. You will learn the 'why' behind every exercise. Why does this spring setting work for a client with a frozen shoulder? How does the Cadillac’s leg spring setup facilitate recovery after a slip disc? We cover it all. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge to design programs for anyone, from elderly clients with osteoporosis to athletes needing high-intensity conditioning.

What You Will Master

  • The Reformer: I take you through everything from carriage safety and spring resistance logic to complex footwork. This is the heart of any Pilates studio, and you will learn to teach it with precision.
  • The Cadillac: This is where we do the heavy lifting for rehabilitation. You will learn how to use the full frame to support, challenge, and correct your clients.
  • The Wunda Chair: It is small but powerful. I teach you how to use it for torso control, spinal alignment, and functional balance.

My Teaching Philosophy

I keep my batch sizes small—between 2 and 6 students—because I want to watch your hands. You will observe me working with real clients at my Vasant Kunj studio, seeing firsthand how I adjust cues and tactile corrections. We do not do cookie-cutter training here. Whether you are a physiotherapist looking to add Pilates to your practice or a fitness enthusiast ready to launch a career, you will leave this course confident, skilled, and ready to get results.
