Data-Driven Athlete Performance & Training
We believe smart training develops successful athletes. At Athletes Lab, we replace guesswork with science-backed assessments, precision data analysis, and long-term athletic development.
We believe smart training develops successful athletes. This is our process: we start with in-depth scientific assessments, analyze the data to create individualized programs, and track your progress with cutting-edge technology to ensure you are always moving forward. At Athletes Lab, training is not just hard work; it's smart work.
Results speak louder than words. This cricketer achieved a 70% increase in his countermovement jump height, from 29.29 cm to 50.02 cm, in just seven months. This translates to improved force production, better neuromuscular coordination, and more transferable power for sprinting and agility on the field. We test, we train, we track, because what gets measured gets improved.
We are trusted by the pros. Here, we are conducting a comprehensive strength and conditioning assessment for Indian and IPL cricketer Jayant Yadav ahead of his Ranji Trophy season. We identified and addressed mobility restrictions and bilateral strength discrepancies to enhance his on-field performance and reduce injury risk.
Most athletes don’t need harder plyometrics; they need better progressions. We teach athletes to first absorb force, then express it, and finally react quickly. This foundational progression ensures that your jump training translates directly to improved speed, power, and agility in your sport.
Want a faster change of direction on the field? Then stop chasing speed and start training deceleration. These drills teach your body to absorb force and re-accelerate, allowing you to move better on the field and stay injury-free for longer. Real speed starts with control.
Rehab without strength is incomplete rehab. While physiotherapy is crucial for healing tissues, it's strength and conditioning that prepares the body for the demands of sport. Our integrated approach ensures you return to play not just pain-free, but stronger and more resilient than before.
We build champions who last. Our approach to youth training is guided by the principles of Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD). We focus on age-appropriate training that builds a strong athletic foundation, prioritizes movement literacy, and prevents early burnout, setting up young athletes for a long and successful career.
When India’s No. 1 Junior amateur and youngest pro golfer, Kartik Singh, trusted us with his performance, we didn't guess, we assessed. Using advanced tech, we identified key limitations and built a tailored program. The data shows measurable improvements across all components, turning his physical potential into on-course results.
About Featured
Every performance cycle begins with a 90-minute musculoskeletal audit using industrial-grade force plates. We don't build workouts on assumptions; we identify specific biomechanical asymmetries—like knee valgus, pelvic tilt, or power imbalances—and build your training plan around that hard data to minimize injury risk and maximize your on-field output.
Our Scientific Methodology
We do not believe in cookie-cutter workouts. Whether you are an IPL cricketer, a junior golfer, or a weekend warrior, your training needs to be mapped to your body’s unique kinetic chain.
1. Diagnostic Assessment Before a single rep is performed, we run a full physio and S&C screening. We use force sensors and industrial force plates to measure your Countermovement Jump (CMJ) power, landing mechanics, and Rate of Force Development (RFD). This tells us exactly how you absorb and express force.
2. Data-Driven Programming Your plan is derived from the data we collect. If the numbers show a deficit in rotational power, we prioritize specific plyometric progressions. If you struggle with deceleration, we build a program focusing on force absorption mechanics to keep you game-ready and injury-free. We use Velocity-Based Training (VBT) sensors on barbells to monitor lift speed, ensuring we adjust your training intensity based on your daily fatigue levels.
3. Long-Term Resilience Pain-free is merely a milestone, not the finish line. Our focus is on long-term athletic development (LTAD) for youth athletes and structural resilience for pros. We integrate prehab into every session, ensuring that strength training serves your sport, rather than detracting from it.
We train systems, not just muscles, to build an athlete who lasts.
