Please plan ahead so I can ensure your festive treat is ready exactly when you need it. ✨
Festivals are about memories, and for me, that starts in the kitchen. I do not use premixes or artificial flavouring, so my festive range reflects the real, seasonal ingredients available at the time.
My Festive Approach
- Christmas: My signature boozy plum cake is a labor of love. I soak the fruits and nuts for weeks before baking. You will also find lighter options like the Dundee cake, which features a classic arrangement of blanched almonds and a fruit-forward crumb.
- Holi: I prepare my thandai powder from scratch using a fragrant blend of real nuts and spices. It is quite different from store-bought mixes because the freshness of the cardamom and saffron comes through immediately. I also turn these flavours into chocolate truffles for a modern twist.
- Valentine's & Gifting: I focus on indulgent, shareable formats like brownie slabs and bento dessert sets. These are designed for gifting, so I pay extra attention to the packaging to ensure they arrive ready to present.
How to Order
Because I avoid shortcuts, my capacity is strictly limited. If you have a specific festival date in mind, especially during peak seasons like December, please reach out early. Everything is made-to-order in my Hiranandani Estate kitchen, and while I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, pickups are often best for more delicate items.
