Step Inside My Artist Studio
Art is never just decoration; it’s how I speak. Step into my studio—my sacred, messy, and creative space—to see how your commissioned pieces go from an initial thought to a finished reality.
To be an artist is to let your inner world be known. This is me in my element, whether I'm painting a large mural or working on a textured resin piece.
My peaceful space, my art corner. This is my sacred, safe space where I am surrounded by colors and tools, and where I can find calm and zen.
How people think I paint versus how I actually paint. The reality of working on big canvases involves a lot of leaning and awkward positions, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
Trust the process. This video shows the month-long journey of creating a large textured piece, from building the base with my team to pouring the final resin colors.
I received this cool resin mold kit and couldn't wait to try it. This video shows me pouring resin into the molds to create my own custom crystals.
Part two: demolding the resin crystals. This is such a satisfying process, and look how beautiful these custom-colored crystals turned out.
Art is my sanctuary. With every stroke, I immerse myself in a world beyond thoughts, finding solace and peace in the language of paint.
Art and love are the same thing. It's the process of seeing yourself in things that are not you. Here I am, lost in my work and pouring my love into it.
These are a few of the adjectives that describe my process: fine, engrossing, delicate, and meticulous. It's a rollercoaster of emotions, but the end result is always full of love.
A little late to the trend, but here's a fun look at me in my studio, at an exhibition, and just being an artist.
About The Artist's Studio
You see the glossy, perfect finish in the photos, but getting there involves a lot of trial, error, and floor-based doodling. My studio isn't a showroom; it's a workspace where I'm constantly shifting between resin pours and intricate pen work. I love sharing this raw process because it’s where I get to connect with the 'why' behind your commission—blending my energy with your vision.
Creating a piece of art is rarely a straight line. Whether it's a large wall mural or a custom resin geode, my studio is where I figure out the details that make the work feel like yours.
When we start a commission, I often spend days on a digital draft or a mood board, trying to freeze the energy before I even touch the canvas. If it's a resin project, you'll find me managing curing times and layer depths, and if it's a mural, I am likely on the floor hunched over, working on fine-liner patterns. It gets chaotic, and yes, I do have moments where I wonder if a pour will settle right. But that's the process—it's honest, and it’s what gives the final piece its soul.
I treat every project as a collaboration. We chat about your space and your story, and I bring that into the mix. I ship these pieces all over India, but for larger installations, I often travel to set them up myself. If you’re curious about how a specific texture is built or how we can get a mandala design onto your wall, feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to talk about the 'how' as much as the 'what'.
