When you commission a geode piece, know that it is not just a quick pour. I start every project with a 30-minute consultation to align on your space’s energy and colour palette. We will even create a digital draft to freeze the composition before I start the real work. Because I use real and resin crystals to create actual physical depth, these pieces are heavy, so we always plan the mounting hardware long before the final layers cure.
My obsession with resin comes from its unpredictability. It flows, it settles, and it catches light in ways that paint simply cannot. In this collection, you will see my exploration of the 'Broken Yet Whole' concept. I construct these pieces on irregular, CNC-cut MDF bases, which means no two shapes are ever identical.
I build my geodes in 3 to 4 distinct layers. This is how I achieve that sense of 'looking into' the art, rather than just looking at it. I incorporate crushed fire glass, real semi-precious stones like Amethyst and Quartz, and high-grade metallic gold or silver leaf to give the edges a raw, organic feel.

I treat the resin pour as a meditative experience.
