I believe the journey of creating a garment is as important as the final product. From our first design chat to your final trial, I am personally involved in every stitch to ensure your outfit fits perfectly and tells your story.
Let me walk you through the details of suit making. I explain the importance of fabric choice, from Indian silks to imported materials, and the many layers of construction like canvas and felts that go into creating that perfect, crisp silhouette for a groom's suit.
The fitting is a crucial step. Here I am with Tharun Sudhir, ensuring his traditional 'Muhurtam' outfit, including the kurta and 'kacche', fits him perfectly for his big day. My hands-on approach guarantees a 'sakkat' result.
Here, I'm explaining how I coordinated the bride and groom's 'Muhurtam' outfits. I used matching embroidery and a pure zari scallop border on his 'shalya' to complement her saree, ensuring they look like a perfect pair.

Fitting is where the real magic happens, especially with complex groom wear. Whether we are adjusting shoulder slopes or getting the drape of a kacche dhoti just right, I work with you through 1-2 trial sessions. It is not just about standard sizes; it is about making the canvas, felts, and fabric work specifically for your posture and movement.

For me, every garment, whether a groom’s Muhurtam sherwani or a bridal blouse, starts with a conversation. You bring the idea, and I help translate it into fabric. I have worked with major brands like Gap, so I understand the technical side of garment construction inside out. In my studio, we go beyond mass-market standards.

- Canvas & Felts: Using proper horsehair canvas and interlinings so your jacket keeps its shape and looks crisp.
- Fabric Selection: From premium Indian wool blends to imported Japanese stretch fabrics, I pick materials based on the fall and feel you need.
- Personal Touches: Whether we are incorporating a family heirloom brooch, creating custom motifs, or hand-painting details, the final piece is built around your personality.
The Fitting Experience
If you are in Bengaluru, we will meet at my Vijayanagar studio. If you are elsewhere, I offer remote guidance to get those measurements spot on. My goal for every trial session is simple: to make sure you feel confident and comfortable. It is the small things—shoulder alignment, the grip lining in your trousers, the scallop border on a shalya—that make an outfit sakkat (perfect).
