I created this invitation for a Sundowner Pilates class to explain what mat Pilates is all about: the connection between mind, body, and breath. These evening sessions are a beautiful way for teams to unwind, stretch, and reset after a long day, followed by a healthy meal.
This is a glimpse into one of my mat Pilates masterclasses. I love teaching new people and introducing them to the world of Pilates. These sessions are high-energy, focused, and show how movement can feel both powerful and therapeutic, even in a large group setting.
About Pilates & Community Events
When you join one of my Pilates & Brunch sessions, it is never just a workout. We spend 60 minutes on controlled, breath-focused Mat Pilates before settling in for a curated, nutrient-dense meal from local wellness partners. It is a chance to actually talk to the people on the mats next to you, share a real conversation, and treat movement as a way to slow down rather than just another item on your to-do list.
Often, we treat fitness as a solo grind, but I believe movement is an emotion best experienced together. Whether it is a 'Sundowner Pilates' session after a long workday or a weekend brunch event, my goal is a collective reset for the body and mind.
My approach focuses on 'slow movement' fitness—prioritizing control, breath, and proper alignment—rather than rushing through reps. These events are accessible for everyone, from absolute beginners to those who have been practicing for years. I partner with conscious local food brands to ensure the post-workout meal is just as nourishing as the movement itself, keeping the vibe relaxed and judgment-free.
For corporate teams, I bring these same principles to your office environment. My workplace wellness workshops are designed to break the cycle of burnout. We look at mobility, desk-friendly movement, and even open, honest conversations about women's health topics that usually get ignored. It is about building community and fostering a culture where team members feel seen and supported, not just burning calories.
