Artistic Retreats: Find Your Stillness in Goa & Ladakh
Step away from the noise. I invite you to join my mindful art retreats, where we use textures, clay, and nature to disconnect, breathe, and find our creative flow.
My Ladakh art retreat goes beyond the picturesque mountains. It is an opportunity to pause, ponder, breathe, and observe. This is an escape from fast-moving cityscapes into a tranquil, inward-looking meditative experience.
The journey to the Tiger’s Nest Monastery in Bhutan was a powerful reminder of how adventure and spirituality are connected. The pure, thin air and the determination of fellow trekkers were incredibly inspiring, a feeling I aim to capture in my mountain retreats.
About this collection
My retreats aren't about being a professional artist. They are about slowing down. Whether we are using texture paste at our cliff-top estate in North Goa or sketching at a monastery in Ladakh, I handle all the logistics—including your airport transfers and packaging your finished canvases for travel—so you can focus entirely on your process.
A Pause From the Routine
I believe art is a way to listen to yourself. When you join these gatherings, the goal isn't to make perfect art. It's to get your hands messy, explore materials like clay and textured paste, and let whatever is inside you find a form.
The Goa Experience: North Goa Cliff-top Estate
In Goa, we spend four days at a private boutique estate. It is designed to help you disconnect. We start our mornings with guided breathwork and meditation before moving into open-air studio sessions. The retreat includes full-board meals from a private chef, and you will work with heavy-body acrylics and sculpting tools to explore your emotions.
The Ladakh Experience: Himalayan Immersion
My Ladakh retreats are for those seeking a deeper, high-altitude perspective. Over six days, we focus on plein air sketching at sites like Thiksey Monastery and the Indus River. I include oxygen support and acclimatization days to ensure you stay comfortable while we immerse ourselves in the quiet rhythm of the mountains.
Who Should Join
These groups are kept small, typically 10 to 12 people. You do not need an art background to attend. Many participants come feeling stuck or tired of their daily routine and leave with a lighter mind. If you are looking for a break that heals rather than just exhausts, you will fit right in.
