About Mindful Art & Yoga Retreats
This isn't a typical holiday. It's a 7-day intentional pause where we weave together Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with intuitive, judgement-free painting sessions. You will walk away with more than just a canvas; you'll have a fresh, grounded clarity that helps you shift from the noise of the daily grind into your own creative flow.
Finding Your Creative Flow
My retreats are built on the 'Pause & Breathe' framework. We combine breathwork and meditation—my ways of staying grounded—with free-hand sketching and acrylic painting. You don't need to be an artist to join; you just need to be willing to explore your own boundaries.
The 7-Day Goa Immersion
We stay at a premium heritage villa in North Goa, nestled in the Assagao or Mandrem vicinity. It’s quiet, it’s lush, and it’s the perfect environment for deep, focused work. Your time here is structured to include:
- Morning Wellness: Daily Pranayama, Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga to wake up the body and calm the mind.
- Art Sessions: Over 25 hours of guided illustration, free-hand sketching, and intuitive acrylic painting on canvas.
- Clarity Circles: Small group sessions designed to remove mental blocks and help you align with what actually matters to you.
Everything is handled—stay, high-quality farm-to-table vegetarian meals, and all art supplies. My goal is for you to step into the new year with a renewed sense of purpose and the energy of your own Shakti.
